Kit Packaging
Leyvit Srl offers a kit packaging service. We can create kits and packaging to suit the vast majority of your requirements.
We give the possibility to personalize the packaging (bags and boxes) in relation with requirements of our customer: company logos, colors, dimensions, kind of boxes are defined upon request from our customer, as well as texts and bar codes of the labels.
Personalization
Our system allows the management of the cross reference : part number of the customer, part number of Leyvit.
In this way it is possible also customize labels with bar codes, packing lists, transport documents, invoices and more with the customer part number. The system allows the insertion of the articles through digitation of customer part number, record and archive codes, item descriptions and any technical drawings.
Kanban
Leyvit srl offers a KANBAN service, developed in close partnership with the customer, in order to build it on its specific requirements.

How does it works
Leyvit Srl will provide the box with the material of proper BarCode for optical reading. When the customer will collect the box with the material from the warehouse, he will read the BarCode with a laser gun for barcodes recognition. Automatically, the consumption will be transmitted to LEYVIT SRL by e-mail.
Then,we will supply the customer with the timing and the quantity defined in the contract.Trattamenti galvanici
